The prescription for the future is now clear. The "dead wood" must go, no matter what. Wright and Beltran should be traded. In the case of Wright, this should be done ASAP, before all the other teams realize how bad he is. Looks like Wright is the one who should be traded. With Beltran looking done and Davis hitting mediocre, at best, it's clear who the major problem is on this team. His defense isn't even good.
