Today vs. bums the guy is pitching nicely sets down
the first 8 bums in a row, then he goes ahead and
with 2 outs in the third and walks billingsley on 4
pitches. Where is that second half guy with an edge?

You're declaring him a failure based on 1 batter?

Geesh!

Not a failure, but a headcase. Why am I not surprised that
he gave up a homer to Casey "giant killer blake" amazing that
Blake made an out yesterday in the ninth. Zito is pitching a nice
game, but so far just not good enough. Maybe he is not as good
on 5 days rest as Billingsley is on 3 days rest. Giants hitters
have to show some Saturday support for the headcase. Maybe
Zito is pissed that they traded Bowker.

Digging deep in their bag of tricks, the Giants whip out a home-run to
get one run ahead of the Dodgers. Two more outs and it's a repeat of
the one run "so-close-but-haha-you-lose" game yesterday.
