Didn't even need to trade for him. The Giants picked him up off waiver
essentially for free. Just for this series alone, we already got our
money's worth. He played a role in all 3 games to sweep the bums. Game
winning HR in Game 2, doubled off the RF wall in Game 3 to become the
eventual winning run when Renteria drove him in, and had an RBI double in
Game 1, which we won by 1 run, so every run was important.

By the way, I didn't know until this series that Burrell grew up in the
bay area and has always been a Giants fan and hated the bums. That made
it even sweeter. :-)
