What needs to be done? Corner Infield needs to be set. Out field
adjustments (Bay?)

A different pitching philosphy. Let pitchers pitch. Don't worry about pitch
counts and most important don't take a pitcher out if he's going good. I am
not referring to today.

Trades Felix Hernandez, Adrian Gonzalex?

What else?

Third baseman. - let youklis play first all season.
No world baseball series in the spring.
Having a DH for the full year next year in the AL (and not just the
second half) should help a bit.
keep paps and bay away from the yankees.

I don't think we have the goods to grab Hernandez or Gonzalez...FWIW.
Bucholz and Bard and big parts of staff and a few other prospects
(Anderson.....Reddick etc) have had luster wear a bit.

Buchholz and Bard have their luster worn? I don't think so.

Bard probably had his luster increase with his two outing in the ALDS.

Same for Buchholz in his first ever postseason outing.

Replying to some other posters--Tito, Paps, and Tek (in some capacity
other than starting catcher) will be back next season. Bay--who knows?
Does he follow the money, or stay in Friendly Fenway? We'll see.
