Didn't you have somebody write up your death notice? Maybe he figured
that person could read it to you...

Nelson Doubleday had absolutely nothing to do with Doubleday
publishing at the time he bought the Mets. I.E. he sold his interest
to fund his purchase of the Mets, so technically I'm right.

But in this case, it did, didn't it?

Wrong. Not only was Doubleday still the president of the company
at the time of the sale, but it was, in fact, Doubleday Publishing
that originally purchased the team from the DeRoulet family.
Doubleday, who was initially named chairman of the board, later
bought out his share directly from the company before it was sold to
Bertelsmann in 1986.

Sure it does. You could have some sort of voice activation system
installed, or somebody could be reading this to you. There are lots
of ways that you could be dealing with your illiteracy.

Someone does read it to me and I tell him what to type. Its my
neighbor Frank, the same guy that announced my death. He's the super
across the hall.
