Just happened to see this today while checking lineups for Fantasy
Baseball. The Twins are interested in Tejada?

"Tejada doesn't want to be dealt: From The Sports Xchange notes: 3B
Miguel Tejada told The Baltimore Sun he wants to stay in Baltimore
rather than be dealt at the trade deadline. Tejada, who spent the
2005-2007 seasons as an Orioles shortstop before returning as a free
agent this past offseason, is again the subject of trade rumors, with
the Phillies and Twins mentioned as potential suitors."

Nope, I'd have to say that the Twins pass on Tejada.

I was just surprised to see that they were even interested. That was
the first I had heard of it.

Tejada when he was around 32, sure. Since then, he's been in decline.
That's been masked by playing in a hitter's park the prior couple of
years. Now, at age 36, he's hardly an upgrade over Nick Punto at the
plate; believe it or not, Nick gets on base at a higher rate this
year than Miguel, because he'll take the walk now and then.
