Somewhat limp bats so far against the O's, need Monday's game to pull back
up to a 1 game lead. Be real sweet to give the Twins a slap in the face
like we did with the Tigers. They're making me a believer, doing the 100
mile trip to Thursdays game with the Twinkies to see Floyd (if I've got the
rotation figured right)...... it looks like it's going to be a pissin'
contest to the end.

You have to tip your hat to the Twinkies. They lost Nathan for the
year and Morneau for an extended period of time and they are still
very much in the race and could eventually go a long way. And now they
are actually playing in a major league baseball park.

This is going to be a very important series.

The limp bats are reminding me of the way the Sox played the first 2
months.
Sure could use Thome's bat in the middle of this lineup. He sure has
helped the Twins including winning that game for them yesterday.

It isn't so much the limp bats it is the playing like they are asleep.

will play better
