Trade bait possibilities: Crowe, Wood, >Sowers....but a late spring training pick up off the waiver list is >more likely. yes,savage likes to have starters #6-8 cached away at AAA, but unless someone comes up lame, i don't see it this year; i suspect they're envisioning a healthy/rejuvenated westbrook, carmona, masterson huff for slots 1-4 and for sowers, laffey et al to battle for the 5th spot. i almost forgot about the guy we got from the phillies, carrasco. he can hit 95 mph and was ranked 28th in terms of top prospects by mlb.com in 2009. rondon & delacruz are also in camp, they are both capable of hitting 95 mph. but both of the them will probably end their seasons at AA, and are more like midseason 2011 candidates.
