Fine, so Obama did not name a babe to the court. Is that a criticism?
Bush 43, of course, did not get into the issue of babes in robes b/c
he appointed only RW white males (but he did propose Harriet Miers,
who was not a distinguished lawyer --- I'll let you decide if she
passed the babe test).

Your side lost the election. Your side does not get to pick another
right wing white male.

That said, Kagan is about as far to the right as you and the RWKs
could hope from a Democratic president.

As usual you miss (or choose to ignore) the point entirely. The point
is with her looks one cannot assume Lesbianism just because she isn't
married. That would be true, although less so, if she was a babe.

Fine, how about a right wing black, asian, hispanic or whatever,
either male or female?

Larry Elder would be a great pick.

You may be correct here, and that is the problem. Where was her
concern for the career prospects of her students or the fair treatment
of prospective employers when she banned military recruiters?
Hypocrite. Ugly hypocrite! Like Obummer, no friend of the military.

Marriage. The line used to be, 'why would a man buy the cow when he
can get the milk for free?'.... the question more and more women have been
asking themselves over the last 40, or so, years is, 'why buy the whole
pig when you can get a little sausage for free?'.
In 2005, marriage rates in the US had declined 50% since 1970.
http://www.usatoday.com/news/nation/2005-07-18-cohabit-divorce_x.htm
A lot of that decline is because people are deciding to live together
rather than marry. Now if Kagan had met a man and they'd co-habitated...
the right would go crazy over her lack of "family values". Damned if you
do, damned if you don't.

Banning military recruiters? It's more complicated and you
probably know that. But you are content to spew right wing talking points
rather than educate yourself. Jeff Sessions and Mitch McConnell would be
so proud.

One of Kagan's most telling personal habits is always leaving the
toilet seat up!
Comprende?

Hey McQuack; How about Mark Levin?
BTW, do you have a relative named Donald?
Well, do you?
