Well, that was clearly the plan all along (not that the evil folks
responsible for this dirty, dirty "law" would have told you that).

Make it so expensive for employers to "keep their plans" that they, by
default, must drop them.

So, while Obambicare didn't "force" you to switch plans, in reality,
it will eventually.
