Bruce had made serious efforts to progress in April and May but now
looks totally lost over the last month. He might just need to start
sitting against lefties. Continuing to swing at first pitch balls now
and losing any sense of what a strike or ball is. He really can't cover
the outside of the plate with his swing and stance.

The Reds can't afford to give this guy any more rope. Heisey must be
considered against left handers now. The over-shifts being placed on
Votto and Bruce are going to remain on until they start hitting the ball
the other way with some kind of regularity.

I agree Heisey needs more playing time but he didnt come through today!
