You really have a short circuit on this subject. You can't name a better candidate, you admit no one else deserves a manager of the year award yet you'd still want him to retire after winning his third championship in seven seasons. I've got no problem with your endless complaints about him and agree with a lot of them but really, as you admit, no one is perfect.
