His point is that he can't find anything substantial to complain
about. Funny though, that he chose to assail Obama, who by all
appearances is a literate man, whatever you think of his politics. His
predecessor, while probably a decent fellow, came across as a near-
idiot in that respect. At least to those of us who are literate.
