Look, it's clear you don't like Leyland, but, Mike Illich, (Tigers
owner) has already announced that he WILL be back next season. I
suppose if the Tigers just absolutely continue to free fall, then,
maybe, Leyland could be fired. But, as of right now.........he's
coming back. Besides, there aren't any really good names out there.
I like Bobby Valentine, and he probably would take the job, if offered.
But, the number of proven big league managers, either available, or
willing to manage the Tigers, is a small number. Right now, I think
Leyland still deserves his job. And, more importantly, Mike Illich
does.
