The ones that don't even seem _intended_ to be insulting can sometimes be quite amusing. But he and the rest of the Rose-humpers are already such a sad bunch and so doomed to disappointment that it just adds to their aura of futility. -- Will in New Haven Pete Rose, who is the greatest hitter in history, but only because he got the most Hits, will not get into the Hall of Fame while he is alive.
