Not that long ago the Brewers were in the AL. But now they are in the NL.

It's lopsided.

You need an even number of teams in each league to avoid
having one team off every day.

Yeah I just wiki'd that.

Now that I've read it twice, it makes sense. After they added the
Marlins and DBacks they ran into that problem.
