I predicted nobody would get in and 2 others almost did. Doubly surprising. I wish theyd cut McGwire some slack.

This is a good result for him considering the i-aint-voting-for-so-and-so-on-the-first- ballot mentality. I think what alomar to that umps face was more disrespectful to the game than McGwires alleged crimes.
